Засідання Ради менеджерів проєкту
26 травня відбулося чергове засідання Ради менеджерів проєкту (Project Management Board), у чкому взяла участь менеджер проєкту від Донецького національного університету імені Василя Стуса Ольга Одінцова.
Порядок денний засідання включав такі питання:

Звітування щодо прогресу виконання поточних робочих пакетів (WP updates).

Узгодження програми Фінальної конференції в Греції та визначення квот на кількість учасників від закладу.
-
Розгляд звітів та поданих навчальних матеріалів за курсами, що завершили етап пілотування у партнерських ЗВО.
-
Організація 3-ї хвилі тренінгів у межах курсу «Digital Methods in Language Teaching» (4 ECTS), відповідальним виконавцем якої є ДонНУ.
За результатами зустрічі було скоординовано подальший план дій для забезпечення ефективної підготовки до фінальних заходів проєкту.
Project Management Board Meeting
On May 26, a regular meeting of the Project Management Board (PMB) was held, with Olha Odintsova, the Project Manager from Vasyl Stus Donetsk National University, taking part.
The meeting agenda included the following items:

Reporting on the progress of current work packages (WP updates).

Coordinating the program of the Final Conference in Greece and determining the participant quotas for each institution.

Reviewing reports and submitted teaching materials for the courses that have completed their piloting phase at partner HEIs.
-
Organizing the 3rd wave of training sessions within the course “Digital Methods in Language Teaching” (4 ECTS), with DonNU serving as the lead responsible institution.
Based on the results of the meeting, the subsequent action plan was coordinated to ensure effective preparation for the project’s final events.
