Achievements:
A total of 48 scientific papers were published during the period of scientific and pedagogical work, including 2 monographs, 23 scientific articles in professional journals, including 5 scientific papers included in the scientometric databases Scopus and Web of Science, 23 abstracts at scientific conferences. Also, 8 educational and methodical works were published, including 3 manuals, including 1 manual with the stamp of the Ministry of Education and Science (Letter № 1 / 11-12057 dated 29.07.2014).
Kovtun O.V. has been working on a doctoral dissertation in comparative linguistics on the topic “Contrastive grammar of evaluation: morphology (based on Ukrainian, Russian and English)” since September 2020.
A member of the Ukrainian branch of the International Association of Teachers of English as a Foreign Language (IATEFL Ukraine membership) and the Ukrainian Association for Language Testing and Assessment (UALTA).
A trainer of the permanent Professional development workshop for teachers of general secondary education institutions using interactive teaching methods “Interactive Teaching Art”.
