3rd study visit for DigiFLED project participants

August 19, 2024 – the start of a week-long study visit to Tampere University (Finland) within our international educational Erasmus+ DigiFLEd project (Modernization of university education programmes in foreign languages by integrating technologies).

Iryna Zapukhliak, Iryna Harbera, Olga Odintsova, Natalia Striuk, and Olesia Boivan attended two interactive lectures both in person and online, focused on the problems of gamification in learning (“Gamification and the Power of Play,” lecturer – Mattia Thibault) and modern translation (“Introduction: Translation Memories – the What, How, Why,” lecturer – Miia Santalahti).

We are sincerely grateful to the visit organizers – Kate Moore, Yulia Shumilova, Marja Sutela and others – for the intensive learning schedule, introduction to Tampere University, and generally pleasant impressions from our stay in Finland!
