Virtual Job Fair

On September 10, 2025, as part of the Erasmus+ DigiFLEd educational project, a virtual seminar with employers was held on the topic “Digitalisation of Education and the Labour Market.” The event combined a virtual job fair, experience exchange, and strategic discussion of the digital challenges facing today’s education system.
The seminar took place in a hybrid format (ZOOM + onsite) at the Scientific and Practical Centre for Career and Professional Development of Vasyl Stus Donetsk National University. The keynote speaker was Olga Odintsova, DigiFLEd project manager, and the moderator was Nataliia Striuk, project participant. The meeting brought together representatives of translation agencies, language schools, libraries, IT companies, tutoring platforms, freelancers, entrepreneurs, and educational institutions. Participants had the opportunity to discuss how digital tools are transforming teaching practices, which skills and competencies are becoming essential in the modern labour market, and how universities can adapt their programs to meet emerging demands.
