Quality Assurance Board Meeting

On May 29, 2025, another meeting of the DigiFLEd project Quality Assurance Council took place. DONNU DigiFLEd team manager Olga Odintsova, together with partner team managers, met to discuss key issues related to the implementation and development of the project. In particular, the results of training sessions conducted by European partners for Ukrainian higher education institution teachers were discussed, and the results of the dissemination campaign within work package 7 were approved.

Special attention was given to the organization and results of webinars conducted by individual universities: Ivan Franko Zhytomyr State University, Horlivka Institute for Foreign Languages, and Oles Honchar Dnipro National University. Participants analyzed in detail the feedback from event participants and discussed recommendations for further educational activities.

Additionally, a significant part of the meeting was devoted to ensuring the quality of project implementation. A report on the implementation of an internal monitoring system was presented, covering the assessment of activity effectiveness, quality of created educational materials, as well as the level of engagement of teachers and students. Quality Council participants agreed on further steps to improve quality control among all partner universities, which will enhance transparency and reliability in implementing the planned project activities.
